a mixed bag

single-pane windows unheated toilet seat

the location was acceptable as it was close to some shops.

The room felt cold even after i tried adjusting the thermostat to 27c (a futile effort, i must add). the single-pane windows let the -18c weather seep right in. also, the shower design was questionable. Water splashed everywhere because of the half-glass partition. the toilet seat also was not heated. I found it to be rather unpleasant.

Wonderful stay!

perfect location convenient stores starbucks doorstep shopping mall

The location is perfect! It is just across the road from the vibrant Myeongdong shopping street, a real treat I appreciated. The hotel sits above two convenient stores and Starbucks, very useful. The proximity to Lotte shopping mall makes it convenient to shop and dine.

I must admit that I found the gym a bit small for a hotel of this size. I wished there was more equipment.

I enjoyed the breakfast offerings daily. There was a wide selection of local and international options. vegetarian choices. The coffee machine dispensed quality beverages, and the service was quick.

Great Location and Quiet Rooms

subway entry quiet environment

The hotel is very close to a subway entry, literally at the door. I appreciated the quiet environment. The surrounding buildings and block-out blinds kept out light. The Lotte Department store across the road offered convenient shopping and dining options , once there.

super central location, what a find

great position ample space two bathrooms

it is really affordable and the position is great. the nearby buildings blocked the bright lights. i booked a beautiful twin room, it has ample space and privacy. plus, there are two bathrooms!

The gym only has one working treadmill. The other one was broken. there was also a chest press machine but there were no weights at all. the temperature in the room wasn't adjustable

the hotel has a bell hop desk on the ground floor, very convenient for luggage assistance. there is a starbucks on the ground floor, alongside more coffee shops and convenience stores nearby. a subway entry is literally at the hotel door.

housekeeping was lovely, and made sure we had everything we needed daily. the staff speaks fluent english and are very helpful. they stored our luggage, so we visited busan and jeju without problems.
